In February, clean water moved closer for thousands of families across Uganda.
Because of our partners, 25,976 people directly received services this month - including safe water access, hygiene training, and healthcare support.
When we include their families and neighbours who also benefit from those improvements, more than 110,000 people experienced better health and safer daily life.
Here is what that looked like on the ground.
Because of your support, 25,976 people were directly reached this month.
Including families and neighbours, more than 110,000 people felt the impact.

For many of us, safe water is a tap away.
In Kasese District, families still walk long distances to collect it. But that is changing.
Our gravity flow water system is now 50% complete and by the time we're having backyard BBQs in Canada, 16,881 people will be turning on the taps in Kasese.
This month we:
Soon, clean water will flow directly into the community.
Building taps is only the beginning. Keeping them working matters just as much.
Through our local maintenance program, reliable water access now continues for over 58,000 people across three districts.
Local community teams collect small maintenance fees, perform repairs, and care for the systems themselves. This keeps water flowing long after construction ends.

At a health centre, water saves lives.
This month, Nyakatsiro Health Centre gained on-site clean water through a shallow well and repaired rainwater system, serving about 450 patients each month.
Another system at Bitooma Health Centre is now finished and will also serve 400 more patients monthly.
Clean water allows safe deliveries, proper sanitation, and better care for newborns.
When water is nearby, time opens up.
Families can grow food, start small businesses, and keep children in school.
This month community members received training in:
Clean water creates opportunity.
This progress happens because people choose to care beyond their own communities.
Together, we are moving closer to a world where clean water is normal, not rare.
